At a rally in Wisconsin on Saturday, former President Donald Trump garnered a fervent endorsement from Grammy Award-winning country music artist Gretchen Wilson, who criticized the Democratic Party for neglecting the American populace.
Gretchen Wilson joined Trump on stage during his event in Mosinee, Wisconsin. Prior to her performance, she shared insights about her modest upbringing in Illinois and her family’s historical support for the Democratic Party.
“Back in the day my family were all Kennedy Democrats. But that’s when the Democrats were on the side of the people,” she said. “Once I started paying attention to what was really going on, I realized the Democratic Party left us.”
