Former President Donald Trump stated on Saturday in Wisconsin that Vice President Kamala Harris was born with mental impairments, ridiculing his political rival and underscoring the country’s ongoing deterioration.

“Joe Biden became mentally impaired. Kamala was born that way,” Trump said to loud applause. “And if you think about it, only a mentally disabled person could have allowed this to happen to our country”:

Watch:

Trump consistently criticized Harris for rising prices, the crisis at the southern border, and foreign policy missteps, including the disastrous withdrawal from Afghanistan and the ongoing conflict between Russia and Ukraine. On Wednesday, President Joe Biden remarked that he had entrusted “everything” to Harris in her role as commander in chief, encompassing both foreign and domestic policy.

Many detractors argue that Harris lacks genuine political substance, suggesting that she is willing to say or do anything to secure election, even at the expense of taxpayers and those who serve in military conflicts. This perspective is seemingly supported by recent polling data, which indicates that nearly half (48 percent) of Americans believe Harris merely articulates what she thinks will resonate with the public, while only 36 percent feel she expresses her true beliefs, according to a recent Economist/YouGov poll.
