Republican vice-presidential candidate Senator JD Vance (R-OH) remarked that Vice President Kamala Harris seemed unable to “think of anything off the top of her head” following her response on The View, where she stated that she could not recall any actions she would have taken differently from President Joe Biden over the past three and a half years.
