President Donald Trump cautioned that if the courts fail to halt the Democrats’ political prosecutions and persecutions of their adversaries, the American republic will plunge into chaos.

“They feel this is the way they’re going to try and win,” Trump said.

“And that’s not the way it goes.

“It will be bedlam in the country.”

Trump delivered his speech at a Washington, D.C. courthouse following a hearing regarding his assertions of presidential immunity.

During the hearing, a three-judge panel from the D.C. appeals court displayed doubt towards Trump’s claims.

Out of the three judges, two were appointed by President Joe Biden, who belongs to the Democratic Party.

Following the conclusion of the hearing, Trump cautioned about severe repercussions if the courts were to dismiss his argument.

He highlighted various actions that he believed could lead to potential prosecution for Biden, such as allegations of accepting a bribe from Ukraine, his failure to secure the southern border, and the chaotic withdrawal from Afghanistan.

“It’s a very bad precedent, as we said, it’s the opening of a Pandora’s box,” Trump said.

The comments made by Trump were brought to attention by the Biden campaign and the leftist media. However, the corporate media portrayed his words as an encouragement for political violence. Trump, on the other hand, was merely speculating on the potential consequences of resolving political disputes through lawfare instead of voting, which is a reasonable perspective.

Surprisingly, even some Democrats have opposed the idea of removing Trump from the ballot, expressing concerns about destabilizing the political system. Interestingly, Biden has centered his 2024 campaign around the concept of “saving democracy,” but Trump has countered this argument by highlighting his criminal trials as a form of election interference.

“When they talk about ‘threat to democracy,’ that’s your real threat to democracy,” Trump said Tuesday.

Trump asserts that he was fulfilling his official duties to ensure the proper execution of laws when he contested the 2020 election. The former president continues to assert that the previous election was marred by fraud. During the court proceedings, Trump’s attorney, John Sauer, cautioned that disregarding presidential immunity would pave the way for reciprocal prosecutions.

“The notion that criminal immunity for a president doesn’t exist is a shocking holding,” Sauer said.

“It would authorize, for example, the indictment of President Biden in the Western District of Texas after he leaves office for mismanaging the border.”

If the panel were to reject Trump’s claim, it is highly probable that the case would proceed to the Supreme Court.
