Senator JD Vance’s (R-OH) beard during the debate may be perceived by women as indicative of “aggression,” while Minnesota Governor Tim Walz’s (D-MN) expressive eyes reflected his enthusiasm, according to an analysis by Politico examining body language signals from the recent vice-presidential debate.
The piece, written by Joe Navarro, a body language specialist with experience in the FBI, explored eight specific body language indicators from the event. Navarro, who has a background in the national security division’s elite behavioral analysis program, began his commentary with Vance’s beard, asserting its significance. He suggested that, particularly for women, a beard can be interpreted as more intimidating, symbolizing what he characterized as “aggression and opposition to feminist ideals.”
He wrote:
“One of the first bits of nonverbal communication to appear in the debate was on JD Vance’s face: his beard. As POLITICO Magazine has noted before, Vance is the first White House wannabe to wear facial hair in 80 years. Our appearance is fundamental to our body language, and research indicates that voters see beards as (surprise, surprise) more masculine. That can be positive to some, reading as strength and competence. But to others, especially women, it can be negative, conveying aggression and opposition to feminist ideals.”
Navarro noted several additional insights from Vance, highlighting that he placed his hand on his chest while addressing the topic of abortion, which conveyed a sense of profound emotion and authenticity.
“I can’t say whether Vance was being authentic or not — I’d have to see him perform the gesture in different contexts,” he concluded.
Walz exhibited a range of facial expressions, often appearing wide-eyed during the evening. Nevertheless, a body language expert noted that this merely reflected the enthusiasm of the Democrat:
“When Walz felt especially passionate about something, he’d open his eyes wide as saucers. Eye-popping can sometimes be a sign of surprise, but for Walz, it simply revealed his emotional intensity — like this moment during an exchange about abortion. The orbicularis oculi muscle, working in concert with the corrugator and frontalis muscles, contract to raise the eyebrows — a dynamic and emphatic facial motion that grabbed the viewer’s attention. Early humans would have made such facial gestures to communicate strong emotions, like “danger is close.””

A segment of MSNBC host Stephanie Ruhle’s recent interview with Vice President Kamala Harris that did not receive much attention involved Harris’s difficulty in addressing a question regarding the funding of expanded child tax credits and housing subsidies.
Political analysts observed that Harris appeared to rely on rehearsed talking points when Ruhle inquired about her plans to finance the expanded credits and the $25,000 initial assistance for first-time homebuyers, ultimately failing to provide a direct answer to the question.
“If you can’t raise corporate taxes, or if GOP takes control of the Senate, where do you get the money to do that? Do you still go forward with those plans and borrow?” Ruhle asked.
“Well,” Harris began before a brief pause. “…[B]ut we’re gonna have to raise corporate taxes.”
Continuing, Harris stammered, “And we’re gonna have to raise…“We’re gonna have to make sure that the biggest corporations and billionaires pay their fair share. That’s just it. It’s about paying their fair share.”
During the Trump administration, corporate taxes experienced a significant reduction following the passage of the largest tax reform legislation in decades by the GOP-controlled Congress. The corporate tax rate was lowered from 35 percent to 21 percent, and a substantial number of American taxpayers also received reductions in their income taxes. A 2021 analysis indicated that the majority of Americans benefited from these tax cuts, with a predominant share being middle- and working-class individuals.

“This guy’s video needs to go viral!”
In a shocking display of what can only be described as peak Trump Derangement Syndrome, MSNBC’s Eddie Glaude nearly broke down in tears on live television, exposing the left’s desperation as Trump’s popularity continues to soar. This is Gary Franchi, and you’re watching a segment from the Next News Network’s RAW FEED, where we bring you the unfiltered truth that the mainstream media won’t dare to touch. Imagine a world where a pro-abortion pundit suddenly starts weeping about “protecting babies” – but only when it serves their political agenda. That’s exactly what we witnessed as Glaude, in a moment of unhinged emotion, claimed that Kamala Harris needs to win to “protect babies” and prevent children from being “bombed.” The hypocrisy is so thick you could cut it with a knife, folks.

“This guy is poisoning his own soul with his hateful lies.”
During the initial vice presidential debate on Tuesday night, Republican Senator J.D. Vance of Ohio had his microphone silenced by CBS moderators while he sought to clarify statements regarding Haitian migrants being relocated to Springfield, Ohio.
In the course of the debate, CBS moderator Margaret Brennan posed questions to the candidates concerning illegal immigration. Vance raised concerns about the effects of migrants on American citizens, referencing the influx of approximately 20,000 Haitian migrants into Springfield, Ohio, over the last three years. Following a rebuttal from Walz, Brennan attempted to shift the discussion, asserting that the Haitian migrants possessed “legal status.” This prompted Vance to interject, contesting the network’s fact-checking policy and highlighting that the migrants had entered the country through asylum applications.
“Just to clarify for our viewers, Springfield, Ohio, does have a large number of Haitian migrants who have legal status, temporary protected status,” Brennan said.
“But Margaret … I think it‘s important to turn now to the economy. The rules were that you guys weren‘t going to fact-check, and since you‘re fact-checking me, I think it‘s important to say what‘s actually going on,” Vance responded. “So there‘s an application called the CBP One app — where you can go on as an illegal migrant, apply for asylum or apply for parole and be granted legal status at the wave of a Kamala Harris open border wand. That is not a person coming in applying for a green card and waiting for 10 years — ”
Brennan interjected to express his gratitude to Vance for his reply and sought to progress the discussion; however, Vance could be heard continuing his remarks, reproaching Harris for her involvement in the illegal immigration crisis.
Watch:
In a congressional hearing held in 2014, former Representative Tim Walz (D-MN) claimed to have been in Hong Kong during the 1989 Tiananmen Square Massacre.
However, this assertion is inaccurate, as he was actually in Nebraska at that time.
Here he is boasting about a total fabrication:
“As a young man I was just going to teach high school in Foshan in Guangdong, and was in Hong Kong in May of ’89. And as the events were unfolding, several of us went in. And I still remember the train station in Hong Kong. There was a large number of, especially European, I think, very angry that we would still go after what had happened, but it was my belief at that time that the diplomacy was going to happen on many levels. Certainly people to people, and the opportunity to be in a Chinese high school at that critical time seemed to me to be really important. And it was a very interesting summer to say the least.”
Except…
“Contemporaneous news reports show Walz touring a National Guard storeroom in Alliance, Nebraska, in May 1989,” reports the Washington Free Beacon. “They indicate that Walz did not leave the United States until August of that year, at least two months after the student protests ended with the Tiananmen Square massacre.”

“Such incompetence is inexcusable.”
A grand jury has formally charged the mayor of the richest city in the most affluent nation in history with federal bribery and wire fraud offenses. In response, Democratic New York Mayor Eric Adams has expressed strong sentiments towards those who are criticizing him. I always knew that if I stood my ground for New Yorkers that I would be a target, and a target I became,” Adams said in a statement
“I will request an immediate trial so that New Yorkers can hear the truth. New Yorkers know my story. They know where I come from. I have been fighting injustice my entire life,” he continued.
“That fight has continued as your mayor. Despite our pleas, when the federal government did nothing as its broken immigration policies overloaded our shelter system with no relief, I put the people of New York before party and politics.”
Adams firmly asserts his innocence, claiming that the allegations leveled against him are founded on falsehoods.
Indicting the mayor of New York is a big deal. You’d expect prosecutors would take that step only when they have irrefutable evidence. But the bribery charges against Eric Adams fail to match the hype, write James Burnham and Yaakov Rothhttps://t.co/2JSj4N5jOz

The Democratic mayor of the most liberal city in America now appears to echo sentiments similar to those of Donald Trump. Like Trump, he may possess some validity in his assertions. Adams is confronted with five charges, including bribery, wire fraud, and soliciting contributions from a foreign entity. Despite extensive investigations involving the examination of his electronic devices and interviews with his staff, the allegations against him are not particularly robust. Given the gravity of the indictment against a sitting mayor, one would anticipate that federal prosecutors would not jeopardize their careers and reputations unless they were confident of a decisive case, complete with a clear quid pro quo and a documented trail. However, while the 57-page indictment presents numerous instances of “quid,” there is a notable lack of evidence demonstrating that Adams fulfilled the “quo.”
Attorneys James Burnham and Yaakov Roth explained in the Wall Street Journal:
“The indictment spends many paragraphs discussing benefits received—many of them travel and entertainment—but is light on official actions promised in return. Stripped of its innuendo, the indictment recounts a man who lived the high life while serving as Brooklyn borough president and mayor. Color us shocked that the celebrity mayor of the Big Apple encounters wealthy benefactors eager to pick up the check.”
