House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-Ky.) has taken action on his previous promise to issue subpoenas for crucial financial records belonging to Hunter Biden and James Biden, the president’s uncle.
“In a major escalation of his investigation of the first family,” the Kentucky Republican “formally subpoenaed the personal and business banking records of” the two men, Just the News reported on Friday.
The outlet added:
Comer recently hit a logjam in cooperation from banks and had been promising subpoenas for days. He issued three of them hours after House Republicans completed their first hearing in the impeachment inquiry against the 46th president, saying his goal was to determine whether Joe Biden benefited from his family’s foreign business deals.
“From day one of our investigation of Joe Biden’s abuse of public office, we’ve followed the money and that continues with today’s subpoenas for Hunter and James Biden’s bank records,” Comer, himself a former bank executive, said. “Bank records don’t lie, and coupled with witness testimony, they reveal that Joe Biden abused his public office for his family’s financial gain.”
“The financial records obtained to date reveal a pattern where the Bidens sold access to Joe Biden around the world to enrich the Biden family. As the Bidens were sealing deals around the world, Joe Biden showed up, met with, talked with, shook hands with, and had meetings with the foreign nationals sending money to his family. This culture of corruption demands further investigation,” he added.
Furthermore, House Ways and Means Committee Chairman Jason Smith has joined in the issuance of these subpoenas. He emphasized that this move is a crucial next step in an ongoing investigation. His committee recently released 700 pages of evidence that had been previously collected by federal investigators in their examination of the Biden family’s business dealings.
“After the Ways and Means Committee released 700 pages of new documents showing President Biden was not just aware of his son’s business dealings, but in fact, he was connected to them, it has become clear that whether it was lunches, phone calls, White House meetings, or official foreign trips, Hunter Biden cashed in by arranging access to his father,” Smith said.
“While top Biden officials, Hunter’s lawyers, and congressional Democrats have offered little more than disinformation and lies, these bank records will bring us closer to the truth. Issuing these subpoenas is an appropriate – and necessary – step to following the facts wherever they lead and may shed light on the $24 million the Biden family has received in exchange for selling their family ‘brand’ as part of a global influence-peddling scheme,” he added.
Last month, Comer also pledged:
“This is always going to end with the Bidens coming in front of the committee. We are going to subpoena the family. We know that this is going to end up in court when we subpoena the Bidens,” he told Fox News host Maria Bartiromo.
“So we’re putting together a case, and I think we’ve done that very well. We’ve shown the bank records,” he said.
“If I had subpoenaed Joe and Hunter Biden the first day I became chairman of the committee, it would have been tied up in court, and the judge would have eventually thrown it out,” the representative said.
“We have put together a case that I think would stand up in any court of law in America,” he said. “We want to talk to about three or four more associates first. We’ve been communicating with a couple of them.
“We’re trying to bring them in just like we did Devin Archer for a transcribed interview.,” the representative said. “If they don’t come in voluntarily, then they’ll be subpoenaed.
“It’s very difficult. You know how hard the Democrats tried to get Donald Trump. So this is very difficult,” he said.

“Time to reveal the corruption!”
Legal scholar Jonathan Turley just completely destroyed the entire Democrat narrative of trying to cover-up Biden’s blatant bribery schemes.
For the past year, the left has been trying to claim that Joe Biden himself needed to recieve direct payments in order for it to be considered bribery in order to try and suggest that the impeachment case against the President has no merit.
However, Turley just blew that notion out of the water…
During the hearing, he explained that there is no standard in law that suggests the president would have had to receive a bribe directly to be found guilty of illegal behavior.
“There’s been repeated statements that you need to show that President Biden accepted direct money in order for this to constitute a benefit even under criminal cases, the deal with bribery, extortion, the Hobbs Act,” said Turley while he testified in front of the House Oversight Committee.
“The courts actually have rejected that and said that money going to family members is, in fact, a benefit.
“Obviously, the strongest case is if you have a direct payment, but this idea that you can have millions going to a politician’s family and that’s not a benefit, I think is pretty fallacious,” the legal scholar said.

Ex-White House strategist Steve Bannon recently offered insights regarding former President Donald Trump’s upcoming campaign and the challenges he’s likely to encounter in the coming year.
In a segment on his “War Room” podcast, Bannon made a projection, anticipating that the former president will experience a highly contested 2024 general election characterized by intense political battles and prolonged political warfare in the years to come.
“Get Prepared, we got a fight ahead of us,” Bannon said. “There’s still the primary, the RNC and the donors are gonna try and [block] Trump, so we gotta get through that. The general election and I don’t have to believe Biden will be the nominee, I think they’ll trade him out, but we’ve got nothing but a war in the general election. We’ve got six to eight years ahead of us of absolute political warfare.”
Bannon also tore into RINOs over their recent actions:
“Answer the question. Why have you not done anything in the first nine months? You’ve been called out on this. And number one — all of these ideas you’re — you want a clean CR? A clean CR would basically mean that Nancy Pelosi has had another year, a bonus year, she did such a great job, a bonus year. You’re spitting in the face of this audience,” Bannon began.
“You lied when you cut the deal, on the debt deal. You lied to people. And you’re trying to put shiny toys — I’m going to add the terrific border — we’ve got enough laws. Yes, the border thing, it’s great. It’s gonna be more — but we have enough laws. It’s the execution and implementation of those laws, and they’re laughing in your face,” he added.
“You’re doing nothing. You’re doing nothing about the woke and weaponized. You’re doing nothing about the ceding of our sovereignty to these international organizations. Nothing is getting done. Nothing. It’s all performative. Including Comer and Jordan. You’re weak and sad. This is heartbreaking. And Kevin McCarthy lies. They came — that’s a bald-faced lie. This is tepidly what McCarthy does. You see how weak he is? You see that? Well, it’s not really impeachment, we’re just going to ask a few questions. Stand up and be a man. Own the room. Step in there,” Bannon concluded.

“And the winner is… Donald Trump!”
President Donald Trump has issued a warning to the American people concerning the future of the auto industry. This comes as he prepares to address workers in Michigan. In his statement, Trump criticized Democrat President Joe Biden’s push for electric vehicles, arguing that these green agenda policies will have detrimental effects on the American auto industry.
Trump’s remarks are in anticipation of his scheduled appearance where he will speak to workers at an auto parts manufacturing plant in Michigan on Wednesday evening. Prior to Trump’s visit, Biden briefly visited Michigan on Tuesday, where he joined the picket line alongside members of the United Auto Workers (UAW) union who have been on strike for nearly two weeks.
“Joe Biden’s draconian and indefensible Electric Vehicle mandate will annihilate the U.S. auto industry and cost countless thousands of autoworkers their jobs,” Trump said in a statement.
“The only thing Biden could say today that would help the striking autoworkers is to announce the immediate termination of his ridiculous mandate.”
The Biden administration has been actively promoting a shift from gasoline-powered vehicles to electric vehicles (EVs). To support this initiative, substantial funding has been allocated by Biden towards the manufacturing of electric vehicles. The stated objective of this effort is to achieve a target where electric vehicles make up half of all new vehicle sales across the country by the year 2030.
“Anything else is just a feeble and insulting attempt to distract American labor from this vicious Biden betrayal,” Trump’s statement continued.
“Crooked Joe should be ashamed to show his face before these hardworking Americans he is stabbing in the back.
“With Biden, it doesn’t matter what hourly wages they get, in three years there will be no autoworker jobs as they will all come out of China and other countries.
“With me, there will be jobs and wages like you’ve never seen before.
“Our economy will grow!”
During his visit to the picket line on Tuesday, Biden was accompanied by UAW President Shawn Fain. The Democratic president voiced his support for higher wages for the workers.
However, not all workers welcomed Biden warmly. Some of them expressed concerns about his electric vehicle agenda and seemed to share Trump’s assertion that Biden’s policies could harm the auto industry.
“He hasn’t really shown us anything,” Jason Richards, a forklift operator at a Ford plant, told the Washington Free Beacon.
“He’s giving companies all these big incentives to push towards electric vehicles and it’s going to eliminate our jobs as UAW members.
“It takes a whole lot less people to build an electric vehicle than a gas-powered vehicle.”
would cancel the second presidential debate to address auto workers in Michigan.
UAW President Shawn Fain has been critical of Trump, making false claims that he primarily serves the billionaire class and contributes to the country’s problems.
Trump has consistently expressed concerns about the economic ties between the United States and Communist China. In response to inquiries about the strike, Trump remarked that the workers had been let down by their leadership and encouraged them to support his cause.
Alright folks, let’s dive right into the facts and cut through the noise. This is a straightforward report on the money trail that’s been unveiled, leading from Beijing to the Bidens. The House Oversight Committee has been doing some digging and they’ve brought some significant issues to light.

Democrat President Joe Biden’s son, Hunter, has initiated a lawsuit against Rudy Giuliani, accusing the former New York City mayor of unauthorized access to his notorious “Laptop from Hell.”
In a court filing on Tuesday, Hunter Biden alleges that Giuliani violated his privacy rights by unlawfully disseminating content from the infamous laptop. However, in suing Giuliani, Hunter Biden implicitly asserts ownership of the Apple computer and all of its contents.
The complaint, filed in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, asserts that Giuliani is the primary actor responsible for the “complete destruction” of Biden’s digital privacy. It also includes Robert Costello, a former federal prosecutor who previously represented Giuliani, as a defendant, according to Fox News.
“For the past many months and even years, Defendants have dedicated an extraordinary amount of time and energy toward looking for, hacking into, tampering with, manipulating, copying, disseminating, and generally obsessing over data that they were given that was taken or stolen from Plaintiff’s devices or storage platforms, including what Defendants claim to have obtained from Plaintiff’s alleged ‘laptop’ computer,” Biden’s attorneys wrote in the complaint, claiming that the data was not even from a “laptop,” but from an “external drive.”
The contents of this “external drive” comprise images, videos, emails, and other data that, since their initial publication by the New York Post in 2020, have placed Hunter Biden in legal jeopardy and created political challenges for his father, President Biden.
Giuliani and Costello have openly acknowledged that they obtained copies of files from a hard drive device that Hunter Biden allegedly left at a Delaware computer repair shop in 2019. Giuliani shared this information with the Post in October 2020, leading to a story based on Hunter Biden’s emails that implicated President Biden in a business deal with a Ukrainian company that had appointed Hunter to its board.
House Republicans initiated an impeachment inquiry into Joe Biden, alleging that he used his position as vice president to discourage Ukrainian prosecutors from investigating the company his son worked for. GOP lawmakers have also claimed, based on subsequent investigations, that the president was involved in multiple business deals orchestrated by his son Hunter.
President Biden has consistently denied any involvement in his son Hunter’s business ventures.
Hunter Biden’s legal team previously issued cease-and-desist letters to Giuliani and others who acquired and disseminated the laptop’s contents.
The lawsuit seeks a court order to prevent Giuliani and others from accessing, altering, manipulating, or duplicating Hunter Biden’s data. The suit also demands the return of the “device/hard drive” to Biden, along with any backup files, cloud files, or copies of the same data.
This lawsuit, filed on Tuesday, is the latest legal action from Hunter Biden and his attorneys in response to these developments.
Leaks of this information thrust Hunter Biden’s controversial personal life into the spotlight of many conservative media outlets.
Earlier this month, Hunter Biden filed a lawsuit against President Donald Trump’s aide, Garrett Ziegler. He alleges that Ziegler and his company disseminated “tens of thousands of emails, thousands of photos, and dozens of videos and recordings” from the device, which were considered “pornographic.”
In March, Biden initiated a countersuit, accusing the Wilmington computer repair shop owner, John Paul Mac Isaac, of unlawfully disseminating his personal information. He leveled six invasion of privacy charges against Mac Isaac.
Mac Isaac initially sued the president’s son, CNN, Politico, and Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) in October 2022 for defamation. According to Mac Isaac, Biden did not retrieve the laptop within three months after dropping it off, and he couldn’t reach him. The younger Biden also failed to pay Mac Isaac for the repair work. Consequently, Mac Isaac contacted the FBI after discovering emails detailing information about then-Vice President Joe Biden’s alleged foreign business dealings and videos depicting Biden using drugs and engaging in sexual activities with prostitutes. Before federal agents took possession of the device, Mac Isaac copied its hard drive and gave it to Trump’s campaign lawyer, Rudy Giuliani, the following year.
Hunter Biden was initially expected to plead guilty in July to two misdemeanor tax counts related to willful failure to pay federal income tax, as part of a plea deal to avoid jail time for a felony gun charge. However, he ultimately pleaded not guilty to two misdemeanor tax charges and one felony gun charge last month.
