“Hey Harris where are the 325,000 children missing on your watch.”
Fox News anchor Martha MacCallum on Friday admonished former Democratic National Committee (DNC) press secretary Jose Aristimuno for his laughter during a conversation regarding crimes perpetrated by illegal immigrants.
As of July 2024, over 435,000 non-citizens had been convicted of crimes in the United States, as stated in a letter from U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement. When MacCallum raised this topic on “The Story with Martha MacCallum,” Aristimuno attributed the issue to former President Donald Trump, a point that OutKick founder Clay Travis deemed remarkably foolish, which elicited laughter from the former DNC official.

CNN political analyst Harry Enten presented another unfavorable update to Vice President Kamala Harris during a segment on Thursday.
A CNN/SSRS poll published on Wednesday indicates that Harris is ahead of Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump by 17 points among likely voters aged 18 to 29, and by 12 points among those aged 18 to 34. Nevertheless, Enten warned that fewer than half of this young demographic is “extremely motivated” to participate in the election, implying that a significant number may not vote on Election Day.
We’ve got Kamala Harris up by 12 points, now if we thin ourselves down a little bit, let’s go under the age of 30, what do we have? We have an even larger lead for Kamala Harris, she’s up by 17 points … But, of course, are these voters actually going to turn out and vote?” he began.
“Extremely motivated to vote in the 2024 election, look at this, overall voters [is at] 64%. For voters under the age of 40, it’s just 49%. I think the key question isn’t just who they’re going to vote for, it’s whether they’ll turn out and vote. Oftentimes, younger voters are less likely to turn out and vote, and I think this year is going to be quite similar to that,” Enten continued.
The vice president has been observed to maintain an 18-point advantage over the former president among young voters in national polls; however, this represents a decline of 10 points from Biden’s previous 28-point lead within the same demographic in September 2020.
Additionally, the data analyst emphasized results from a New York Times/Siena College poll, which indicated a notable gender disparity among young voters in the contest between Harris and Trump across six critical battleground states. Trump enjoys a 10-point lead among male voters, whereas Harris commands a substantial 38-point lead among female voters.
Currently, Trump is ahead of Harris in significant Sunbelt battleground states, including Arizona, North Carolina, and Georgia, as per a New York Times/Siena College poll published on Monday. In contrast, Harris maintains a slight 2-point lead in Michigan, Wisconsin, and Pennsylvania; however, Trump’s previous underperformance in swing state polling during the 2016 and 2020 elections suggests he may exceed current polling expectations in Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, and Michigan.
The NYT polling indicates that Trump currently leads Harris by five points in Arizona, with a score of 50-45 percent, as well as in Georgia at 49-45 percent and North Carolina at 49-47 percent.
“The polls of these three states, taken from Sept. 17 to 21, presented further evidence that in a sharply divided nation, the presidential contest is shaping up to be one of the tightest in history,” the Times noted, citing the polling data.
2024 will have HUGE consequences…

Democratic Senator Ron Wyden of Oregon has put forth a legislative proposal aimed at significantly altering the federal judiciary by adding six seats to the Supreme Court, as announced by his office on Thursday.
The proposed Judicial Modernization and Transparency Act seeks to expand the Supreme Court to a total of 15 justices over a span of 12 years. Additionally, it aims to increase the number of federal circuit courts to 15, which would result in the appointment of over 60 new circuit judges and 100 new district court judges.
“The Supreme Court is in crisis and bold solutions are necessary to restore the public trust,” Wyden said in a statement. “More transparency, more accountability and more checks on a power hungry Supreme Court are just what the American people are asking for.”
JCN President Carrie Severino stated on X that the proposed legislation represents “the most significant assault on the Court since FDR.”
Franklin D. Roosevelt’s attempt to expand the Supreme Court in 1937 was unsuccessful due to bipartisan resistance.
At present, conservatives hold a majority on the Supreme Court, with six of the nine justices having been appointed by Republican presidents.
In addition to expanding the court, the proposed bill mandates that both the Supreme Court and circuit courts must achieve a two-thirds majority to invalidate laws enacted by Congress on constitutional grounds. Furthermore, it requires the IRS to conduct an audit of each justice’s income tax return and to disclose those returns within 60 days of their submission.
Democrats have consistently criticized conservative justices for purported ethical breaches, particularly following a ProPublica report last year detailing luxury trips taken by Justice Clarence Thomas with billionaire real estate developer Harlan Crow. ProPublica is supported by several organizations that have urged for Thomas’s resignation or investigation, as reported by the Daily Caller News Foundation last year.
According to the bill’s provisions, Supreme Court nominations that remain stalled in committee for over 180 days would automatically be placed on the Senate calendar for a vote.
🚨With 40 days until Election Day, Democrats just rolled out the most radical and dangerous legislation to date aimed at destroying the Supreme Court as we know it.
The new radical bill put forward by Senate Democrats is the worst attack on the Court since FDR. It will:

Vice President Kamala Harris once again refrained from addressing questions from the press following her remarks alongside Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky at the White House on Thursday.
Since entering the presidential race in July, Harris has not held any press conferences and has participated in only five television interviews. These interviews have drawn criticism for her tendency to evade questions and her inability to propose solutions to the persistent issues facing the Biden-Harris administration. Thursday’s event followed this pattern, as Harris left the podium without taking questions and escorted Zelensky out of the room.
Her evasive tactics indicate that her record may pose a political risk. Harris finds herself in a difficult position: she cannot advocate for policies aimed at addressing crime, inflation, and border security without contradicting the existing policies of the Biden-Harris administration. However, she must also promote these policies to support her own record and candidacy.
President Joe Biden remarked on Wednesday that he has entrusted Harris with “everything” as commander in chief, encompassing both foreign and domestic policy. During her remarks with Zelensky, Harris reaffirmed the administration’s commitment to assisting Ukraine in its conflict with Russia, which has consistently asserted that any NATO expansion into Ukraine would be unacceptable. In contrast, former President Donald Trump has pledged to end the war if he is reelected, while the Biden-Harris administration has committed to integrating Ukraine into NATO.
Harris told reporters at the White House that “the United States supports Ukraine, not out of charity, but because it is in our strategic interest … My support to the people of Ukraine is unwavering.”
“I’ve been proud to stand with Ukraine – I will continue to stand with Ukraine, and I will work to ensure Ukraine prevails in this war, to be safe, secure and prosperous,” Harris continued. “The United States must continue to fulfill our long-standing role of global leadership— we must stand with our allies and our partners, we must defend our democratic values and stand up to aggressors, and we must stand for international order, rules, and norms.”

In a political spectacle that’s sending shockwaves through Washington, Gary Franchi of the Next News Network’s RAW FEED brings you an explosive analysis of Vice President Kamala Harris’s latest interview disaster. Just weeks away from one of the most crucial elections in our nation’s history, the Democrat nominee has finally emerged for her first solo network interview. But instead of a robust discussion of her vision for America, we got a carefully orchestrated softball session that still managed to expose the VP’s glaring weaknesses.
MSNBC’s Stephanie Ruhle tried her best to lob easy questions, but even with kid-glove treatment, Harris managed to fumble key issues spectacularly. Gary Franchi breaks down every cringe-worthy moment, from Harris’s inability to explain her economic plan to her bizarre body language that screamed “don’t trust me” even as she insisted we should.

“Whenever a Democrat says “INVESTING” in anything it means RAISING TAXES.”
In a shocking exposé that’s sending shockwaves through the corridors of power, Gary Franchi of the Next News Network’s RAW FEED brings you a story that threatens the very foundation of our democracy. Imagine a world where your vote, the cornerstone of our republic, can be changed, erased, or multiplied with nothing more than a $120 device and six seconds of access. This isn’t the plot of a dystopian novel – it’s happening right now, and it’s been caught on camera. On a recent episode of the PBD Podcast, host Patrick Bet-David invited cybersecurity expert Harri Hursti to demonstrate just how vulnerable our voting systems are. What transpired was nothing short of terrifying. In mere seconds, using only a USB stick, Hursti gained complete control over a voting machine, showing how easy it is to manipulate vote counts, add non-existent candidates, and even declare a landslide victory for George Washington in a modern election.

Former President Donald Trump is set to return to Butler, Pennsylvania, on October 5, following an assassination attempt against him that occurred earlier this year.
On July 26, Trump pledged to come back to Butler to lead another rally after 20-year-old Thomas Matthew Crooks made an attempt on his life on July 13. The bullet narrowly missed the former president’s ear, and the incident resulted in the death of rally attendee Corey Comperatore.
“President Donald J. Trump will return to Butler, Pennsylvania to hold a rally on the very same ground where he came within a quarter of an inch of losing his life less than three months ago,” the campaign said in a news release.
“President Trump’s return to Butler will stand as a tribute to the American spirit. In America, we do not let monsters like that evil assassin have the last word. Every time our nation is struck by attack or hardship, we rally, we persevere, and we prevail. When terrorists knocked down our towering skyscrapers, we rebuilt taller,” the release added.
A report issued by the Senate Homeland Security Committee indicated that the U.S. Secret Service declined several requests to enhance security measures for Trump prior to the assassination attempt in Butler. Trump’s visit to Butler follows a second assassination attempt on September 15 while he was at his golf club in Florida.
During the golf event, a Secret Service agent intervened and discharged his weapon at the assailant, identified as Ryan Wesley Routh, who was concealed in the bushes at the perimeter of the club. Routh was charged with attempted assassination on Tuesday, in addition to multiple firearms-related offenses.
