(SNews) – Republican Rep. Greg Steube (R-FL) has filed articles of impeachment against Democrat President Joe Biden for high crimes and misdemeanors.

The congressman filed four articles of impeachment alleging fraud and abuse of power.

Steube accused Biden of committing “bribery,” “extortion,” “obstruction of justice,” and “fraud,” and alleged that he has a “financial involvement in drugs & prostitution.”

“It’s LONG PAST TIME to impeach Joe Biden,” Steube said in a post on Twitter.

Steube said: “It’s long past time to impeach Joe Biden.

“He has undermined the integrity of his office, brought disrepute on the presidency, betrayed his trust as president, and acted in a manner subversive of the rule of law and justice at the expense of America’s citizens.

“The evidence continues to mount by the day – the Biden Crime Family has personally profited off Joe’s government positions through bribery, threats, and fraud.

“Joe Biden must not be allowed to continue to sit in the White House, selling out our country.”

The articles of impeachment include:

ARTICLE 1: ABUSE OF POWER: BRIBERY, HOBBS ACT EXTORTION, & HONEST SERVICES FRAUD:

Robert Hunter Biden (Hunter Biden) and James Biden sold access to then Vice President Joseph Robinette Biden, Jr. (Joe Biden) while he was in office from 2009 to 2017 and sold promised access to a future Biden Presidential Administration while he was out of office from 2017 to 2021.

Hunter and James appear to have promised official actions by Joe Biden in return for payments and business opportunities from foreign and domestic business partners. Joe Biden assisted by making appearances, phone calls, meeting with the “business partners,” and knowingly allowing his family members to promise access to him and actions by him in furtherance of these schemes.

Hunter Biden threatened business partners that official actions could be taken against them if they did not meet terms or make payments.

In at least one instance, Hunter implied that Joe Biden was aware of these threats and willing to assist in enforcing the threats, potentially through official actions. Hunter Biden attempted to enrich himself and the Biden family by threatening official actions from his father, who he claims was willing to assist in the scheme.

These acts are abuses of power as well as the following federal crimes or conspiracy to commit the following federal crimes: Bribery of Public Officials, 18 USC § 201; Hobbs Act Extortion “Under Color of Official Right,” 18 USC § 1951; Honest Services Fraud relating to use of official position, 18 USC § 1346.

ARTICLE 2: OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE:

According to testimony from IRS whistleblowers, members of the Biden campaign improperly colluded with Justice Department (DOJ) officials to improperly interfere with investigations into tax crimes alleged to have been committed by Hunter Biden.

These acts constitute an abuse of power as well as Obstruction of Justice, 18 USC §§ 1505, 1510, 1512.

ARTICLE 3: FRAUD

James Biden recruited “investors” for business ventures that ultimately failed. There is evidence to suggest that these investment opportunities were sold to investors based on false and fraudulent pretenses and promises.

Access to Joe Biden and indications that Joe Biden supported these schemes were used to lure investors into the schemes.

These acts constitute fraud or conspiracy to commit fraud in violation of 18 USC §§ 1943, 1949.

ARTICLE 4: FINANCIAL INVOLVEMENT IN DRUG AND PROSTITUTION

Joe Biden and Hunter Biden have a long history of comingled and intertwined finances. Between 2010 and 2019 thousands of dollars of Biden family money was spent on illegal drug transactions and prostitution.

These acts constitute violations of or conspiracy to violate federal drug laws at 21 USC §§ 841, 842, 843, 846 and federal prostitution laws at 18 USC §§ 2421, 2421A, 2422.

(SNews) – Newly discovered records have exposed the staggering profits that were reaped in the form of royalty checks on the back of the Covid pandemic.

The records show that the former heads of the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) massively cashed in from the pandemic.

Former NIH Director Dr. Francis Collins and former NIAID Director Dr. Tony Fauci reportedly received 58 royalty payments between them from companies to license their COVID-19 shots for public use.

The injections were also developed by private pharmaceutical companies using American taxpayer money.

Fauci and Collins both heavily profited through royalties from the continuing payments that arrived in their bank accounts throughout the “pandemic.”

Transparency watchdog OpenTheBooks has published more than 1,500 pages of unredacted records this week.

The documents show which companies paid Fauci and Collins for their inventions.

The records were obtained through a mostly successful probe using the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA).

The NIH fought tooth and nail to stop the FOIA requests from being fulfilled.

However, OpenTheBooks was ultimately able to procure most of what it sought.

All in all, there were 56,000 transactions amounting to more than $325 million.

The only thing we do not know is the individual amounts for each payment and its corresponding licenses, which are not listed in the records.

Fauci personally received 37 payments from three companies between 2010 and 2021.

Those payments include 15 from Santa Cruz Biotechnology, which manufactures products for medical research including antibodies.

Santa Cruz Biotechnology made the fifth-most payments in the royalty database.

Fauci also took in 14 payments from Ancell Corp., which produces immunology tolls, as well as eight payments from Chiron Corp., which was acquired by Novartis in 2006.

“Novartis has received $17 million in NIH contract payments and $15 million in NIH grants since the acquisition,” Just the News reports.

“Fauci’s NIAID contracted with Chiron in 2004 to help develop an avian influenza vaccine.

“He was the highest-paid federal employee when Fauci retired at year’s end, with a $480,000 salary in 2022.”

As for Collins, the former NIH director who stepped down to serve as Democrat President Joe Biden’s Covid “czar,” collected 21 payments from four different companies between 2010 and 2018.

The genetic research firm GeneDx accounted for 12 of them, having received $5 million in federal contract payments, mostly from the NIH, since 2008.

“Four payments to Collins came from Quest Diagnostics’ Specialty Laboratories, which provides biological testing services; four from Ionis Pharmaceuticals, originally named ISIS, known for RNA-targeted therapeutics; and one from Progeria Research Foundation, a nonprofit specializing in research for the congenital disorder,” explains Just the News.

OpenTheBooks says it needs the names and license numbers for each payment, which the NIH conveniently redacted before a court ordered that this information be made public.

The organization says it requires this missing information in order to scrutinize the records “for potential conflicts of interest or public health risks.”

The information could help to provide further evidence of whether or not Fauci lied under oath during a hearing last year.

Fauci told Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) that he “doubts” he received any royalties from any entity that received money from the NIAID.

Fauci was overseeing NIAID at the time.

According to an Associated Press investigation, Fauci was already confirmed to have received more than $45,000 in royalties nearly two decades earlier, when he was also NIAID director, for an experimental AIDS treatment funded by NIH.

OpenTheBooks said later studies showed it had “zero efficacy” and that Fauci “never provided proof” of his claim that he’d donate the royalties to charity.

(SNews) – NBC’s Chuck Todd put Democrat President Joe Biden on notice by asserting that Republican Texas Governor Greg Abbott was right to send migrants to blue cities.

During a recent broadcast of “MTP Now,” Todd explained that Abbott’s moves are making Biden do his job as so-called “sanctuary cities” deal with the border crisis.

Todd said of the “growing humanitarian crisis” in New York City: “I guess Greg Abbott was right when he said, once he got blue cities to deal with this, that they would be very upset at the federal government.”

“There’s a lot of background to this story and it — the Governor of Texas had been complaining about the administration not helping for months.

“And he said, well, I’m going to start sending these migrants to blue states, maybe they’ll get some action.

“He’s turned out to be right about this that he knew that other governors — it didn’t matter Democrat or Republican — would also feel burdened by this.

“And sure enough, here we are.”

(SNews) – Attorneys for Joe Biden and the special counsel appointed to investigate his mishandling of classified documents are close to an agreement to get the Democrat president to sit down for an interview.

Biden is desperate to avoid an interrogation and is seeking to shut down the probe.

However, this is a sign that the probe is nowhere near finished, according to media reports.

The discussions between Biden’s lawyers and special counsel Robert Hur are about how, when, and where the interview will happen.

And most importantly, about what type of questions Hur will ask.

Special counsels can do what they want and could ask Biden about Hunter’s business.

But if he repeats his lie that he knew nothing about it, Joe Biden could be in big trouble.

That is how they got Bill Clinton.

So team Biden wants to know in advance if the special counsel will ask questions about material beyond the vice presidency.

They are desperate to limit the scope of the questioning to this narrow topic because Biden is so heavily scripted who knows what he will blurt out if asked about D.C. corruption.

Biden said publicly that he would cooperate “fully and completely” with the Justice Department’s investigation and with Trump facing charges for similar offenses Biden cannot be seen getting special treatment.

Attorney General Merrick Garland appointed Hur in January.

This came after Garland appointed Jack Smith as special counsel to investigate President Donald Trump.

According to NBC:

Negotiating those conditions includes, in part, settling on whether the interview would be in person and, if so, where it might happen — as well as the range of topics and questions that would be covered, said the people familiar with the negotiations.

Most of the classified documents discovered in November and this year were related to Biden’s time as vice president, according to his attorneys, though some also pertained to his time as a U.S. senator.

The documents were found in an office Biden used after he left the vice presidency and at his home in Wilmington, Delaware.

The searches, however, also turned up a large number of notebooks Biden kept during his time in public office before he was elected president that could contain sensitive information.

It is unclear exactly how many documents were seized for review and whether that is still a major factor contributing to the length of the investigation.

(SNews) – Democrat Senator Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) has thrown President Joe Biden and his family under the bus by arguing that “the same rules apply” when investigating allegations of corruption.

Warren, Bideb’s rival in the 2020 Democrat primary, made the comments during an interview with Jake Tapper on CNN.

Tapper asked Warren if she thinks Biden should be investigated after evidence emerged that his family received $20 million in payments from foreign countries.
