(SNews) – Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) challenged Democrat Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA) to a fight on the House floor, according to reports.

The situation turned aggressive after Swalwell blasted McCarthy over Rep. Adam Schiff’s (D-CA) censure vote.

On June 21, the day Republicans voted to censure Schiff, Swalwell was standing in the well of the House near the speaker’s podium and heckled McCarthy.

“This is pathetic,” Swalwell yelled at McCarthy, who was presiding over the House at the time.

“You’re weak. You’re a weak man.”

McCarthy was furious, with one member telling The Daily Beast, “He had a vein popping out of his forehead.”

The next day, June 22, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi visited Capitol Hill for a joint address to Congress.

Just before Modi took the speaker’s podium, McCarthy walked up to Swalwell and said:

“If you ever say something like that to me again, I’m gonna kick the sh*t out of you.”

A member said, “They were in each other’s faces.

“Basically nose-to-nose.

“And Swalwell said something like, ‘Are we really gonna do this?’”

McCarthy then issued a challenge to Swalwell: “Call me a p*ssy again, and I’ll kick your ass.”

After a stare-down, Swalwell called his bluff and said:

“You. Are. A. P*ssy.”

The two stared at each other chest to chest before McCarthy thought better of escalating and walked away.

According to The Daily Beast:

There is plenty of existing bad blood between the two Californians: during his speakership, McCarthy has gone after Swalwell personally and repeatedly.

In one of his first acts in office, McCarthy kicked Swalwell off the House Intelligence Committee over allegations that Swalwell inadvertently had a relationship with a Chinese spy.

(He also booted Schiff, who had been the panel’s top Democrat.)

Swalwell hit back in a joint statement with colleagues, claiming McCarthy had once again “capitulated to the right wing of his caucus” and had “struck a corrupt bargain in his desperate, and nearly failed, attempt to win” the speakership.

Since then, Swalwell has repeatedly slammed McCarthy on cable TV and social media, recently calling him “corrupt” on MSNBC.

(SNews) – Democrat Rep. Cori Bush (D-MO) suffered a meltdown on the House floor and interrupted Majority Leader Steve Scalise (R-LA) and Minority Whip Katherine Clark (D-MA) to throw a temper tantrum.

Bush accused Scalise of writing “racist” appropriations bills.

Bush, a former Black Lives Matter leader, screamed “Your bills are racist” as the House descended into chaos.

One angry member responded by yelling “Mr. Speaker, the House is not in order.”

Clark then said:

“Mr. Leader, we are gonna continue to stand, in this country for some basic principles that we are sent here for the American people, that we are sent here to defend their freedom, that we are sent here to grow an economy that isn’t just for the wealthy and well-connected but is for the American family.

“That’s the work we’re doing, that is the basis of the great economic news coming, and we are going to continue that fight.

“We hope that you will say no to extremism, to hatred, to bigotry that is put into these appropriation bills, and say yes to solutions and fairness for the American people and to build an economy where they can see themselves.”

(SNews) – House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan (R-OH) is closing in on Democrat President Joe Biden and his family as evidence stacks up to support an illegal foreign influence-peddling scheme.

Jordan asked the million-dollar question after Hunter Biden’s gift of a cushy plea agreement fell apart over possible future FARA charges.

It seems DOJ and Hunter’s lawyers had a side deal, or Hunter’s lawyers thought they did, to give the Democrat president’s son blanket immunity for taking the plea agreement.

This included immunity for possible future charges against Hunter for violating the Foreign Agents Registration Act.

However, when the judge questioned this arrangement, DOJ backtracked and Hunter’s lawyer hit the roof.

One of the Bidens’ side benefits of scuttling the plea deal is the president can now continue to stonewall Congress by arguing that this is “still an ongoing investigation.”

Enter Jim Jordan, who responded by asking the right questions: “Was Hunter Biden a foreign agent? And for what purpose?

Hunter was expected to plead guilty to two misdemeanor tax counts of willful failure to pay federal income tax as part of a plea deal to avoid jail time on a felony gun charge.

But U.S. District Judge Maryellen Noreika, a Trump appointee, expressed concerns about the terms of the agreement.

Judge Noreika “pressed federal prosecutors on the investigation and questioned whether there was the possibility for future charges.”

When prosecutors responded by saying there was no immunity for future charges, Hunter’s lawyers pulled the deal.

(SNews) – Federal prosecutors with Democrat President Joe Biden’s Department of Justice (DOJ) have dropped the campaign finance charge against former FTX CEO Sam Bankman-Fried – the Democratic Party’s second-largest donor after George Soros.

In a stunning move on Thursday, Biden’s weaponized feds informed a New York City judge yet another charge was being dropped against the crypto scammer because of a “procedural failing.”

30-year-old Bankman-Fried spent more than $40 million to fund Democrats during the midterms.

Bankman-Fried pumped cash to Democrat candidates and causes using his Ponzi scheme through FTX, the cryptocurrency exchange he founded.

Up to $2 billion in customer funds is still “missing” after FTX imploded last year.

As Slay News has previously reported, Bankman-Fried is Biden’s second biggest donor after Soros.

He was also laundering money through Ukraine using his cryptocurrency exchange.

Billions of dollars in taxpayer-funded aid that was sent to Ukraine was laundered through the exchange and then funneled back into Democrat election campaigns, as Slay News first reported last year.

After the latest charge was dropped, Bankman-Fried’s criminal exposure has been significantly reduced.

He is still facing wire fraud and securities fraud charges, however, for now at least.

According to CNBC, DOJ prosecutors told the judge they were dropping the campaign finance charge because they “failed to obtain permission from the government of the Bahamas for that charge when Bankman-Fried was extradited from the island nation in December.”

This is now the second time that federal prosecutors have narrowed the indictment against Bankman-Fried, CNBC reported.

Prosecutors told Bill Clinton-appointed Judge Lewis Kaplan on Wednesday that they were dropping the charge of conspiracy to make unlawful campaign contributions.

The U.S. Attorney’s Office in Manhattan previously dropped another charge against him, for violating anti-bribery statutes, on the same grounds.

The moves narrow the criminal exposure of the former billionaire, who prosecutors allege conspired to defraud investors and customers out of billions.

The alleged scheme precipitated the collapse of Bankman-Fried’s FTX and sent shockwaves throughout the crypto industry.

Sam Bankman-Fried was spotted walking out of a Manhattan courthouse after the campaign finance charge was dropped.

He didn’t say a word to the press as he was whisked away, a free man.

Dean appeared on CNN and argued that “there are questions that can be asked and should be answered” about President Biden’s role in his son Hunter’s business.

Dean said, “I don’t have any at this point.

“But we don’t see any evidence of that whatsoever,” she then falsely alleged.

“So, they’re making it up out of whole cloth.”

However, as Berman noted, such evidence would be revealed during public hearings.

Berman asked, “And where would you learn that evidence, if not for an inquiry?”

Despite Jim Jordan’s (R-OH) efforts to expose the explosive Biden Bribery Scheme scandal, Dean then tried to smear the House Judiciary Committee chairman as “weak.”

“Well, sadly, we won’t learn it by way of our Judiciary Committee, which is now led by Rep. Jim Jordan.

“He’s Chair of Judiciary.

“And he’s proven himself to be very weak in the hearings that we have had this Congress.

“He’s just not hitting the mark on any of the things he’s trying to prove.

“And what is so dangerous is the willingness of Mr. Jordan and others on the Republican side of the dais in Judiciary to absolutely peddle in lies.

“They call all of our witnesses to swear to tell the truth.
