(SNews) – The Bowling Green office of Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) was engulfed in flames in a fire that started last night, officials have confirmed.

No injuries have been reported at this time.

The Bowling Green Fire Department arrived at the scene around 1:45 a.m.

Firefighters fought heavy smoke and fire when they hit the scene and had to call for backup.

Rand Paul said: “We are thankful for the Bowling Green first responders who arrived quickly to the scene to put out the fire and are continuing to work with authorities to assess damages and to determine a cause.

“We have a very well-established emergency management plan and have the ability to continue operations that will not impact our work helping Kentuckians.”

Several large tree limbs in front of Sen. Paul’s office had to be cut so a hose could reach the 2nd-floor windows.

Six units worked to extinguish the flames.

Firefighters were manning the aerials of trucks 1 and 6 to get at the fire from above, according to the Bowling Green Daily.

(TStarnes) – The FBI form alleging then-Vice President Joe Biden was involved in a bribery scheme with a Ukrainian oligarch was released to the public Thursday, including new bombshell information.

The identity of the business executive was released: Ukrainian natural gas firm Burisma Holdings CEO Mykola Zlochesvsky.

Zlochesvsky told an FBI informant in around 2015 during a meeting near Kyiv that “it cost 5 [million] to pay one Biden, and 5 [million] to another Biden,” according to the redacted 4-page FD-2013 form released by Sen. Chuck Grassley.

“Zlochevsky made some comment that although Hunter Biden ‘was stupid, and his (Zlochevsky’s) dog was smarter,’ Zlochevsky needed to keep Hunter Biden (on Burisma’s board) ‘so everything will be okay,’” the form said.

The source allegedly asked if Hunter or Joe told Zlochevsky he should “retain” the younger Biden and Zlochesvsky replied, “They both did.”

According to the document, Zlochevsky claimed to have 17 recordings of conversations with the Bidens, two of which were with Joe, which show he was “somehow coerced into paying the Bidens to ensure Ukraine Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin was fired.”

Grassley tweeted he released the form so the American people can see for themselves “what FBI tried to hide” thanks to whistleblowers.

The form is a “confidential human source (CHS) reporting document” that reflects the FBI’s interview with a “highly credible” confidential source who had multiple meetings and conversations with a top executive of Burisma over several years beginning in 2015.

Hunter Biden was first added to Burisma’s board in April 2014 as his father was charged with the Obama administration’s Ukraine policy.

Although he has repeatedly claimed he never discussed business with his son, then-Vice President Joe Biden met with his son’s partner Devon Archer in 2014 around the time both Hunter Biden and Archer joined the Burisma board, according to Obama White House visitor logs.

Joe Biden also met with Burisma executive Vadym Pozharskyi at an April 16, 2015, dinner at DC’s Cafe Milano, as revealed in The Post’s first bombshell report in October 2020 on the contents of Hunter Biden’s abandoned laptop.

Biden has acknowledged that when he was vice president, he successfully pressured Ukraine to fire prosecutor Viktor Shokin. At the time, Shokin was investigating Burisma Holdings, and at the time, Hunter had a highly-lucrative role on the board receiving thousands of dollars per month. The then-vice president threatened to withhold $1 billion of critical U.S. aid if Shokin was not fired.

Biden allies maintain the then-vice president pushed for Shokin’s firing due to concerns the Ukrainian prosecutor went easy on corruption, and say that his firing, at the time, was the policy position of the U.S. and international community.

The unclassified document is dated June 30, 2020, and says the contact with the source was “telephonic.”

The Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government has been holding a hearing this morning on Capitol Hill.

The hearing was called to examine the federal government’s role in censoring Americans, the Missouri v. Biden case, and Big Tech working with government bureaucrats and agencies to shut down free speech.

During the censorship hearing, the Democrats beclowned themselves by trying to censor the key witness, Robert F. Kennedy Jr.

Kennedy, a Democrat presidential candidate, fired back at his critics.

RFK Jr. has become a target of false smears from the Democrats and their allies in the media as he poses a serious threat to President Joe Biden in the party’s 2024 primary.

During the House hearing, Kennedy issued a warning about the threats to free speech from his own party, Big Tech, and the corporate media.

He also responded to Google-owned YouTube censoring his 2024 campaign announcement speech.

“I didn’t talk about vaccines in that speech,” he said.

“I didn’t talk about anything that was a verboten subject.

“I just was talking about my campaign things, the conversation that we ought to be having with each other as Americans.

“But I was shut down,” he noted.

“And that is why the First Amendment is important.

“Debate, congenial, respectful debate is the is the fertilizer.

(CBrief) – Former President Donald Trump made a startling admission during a Fox News town hall Tuesday evening hosted by Sean Hannity.

Trump ripped Joe Biden’s Justice Department after Hannity noted that the former president has been subjected to “never-ending attacks” on the heels of an announcement from Trump earlier in the day that special counsel Jack Smith has notified him he is the subject of a criminal investigation stemming from the Jan. 6, 2021, riot at the U.S. Capitol Building.

Trump said he received word via a letter sent by Smith on Sunday, admitting to Hannity, “No, it bothers me.”

“It bothers me for everybody in this incredible, sold-out audience. It bothers you — I got the letter on Sunday night. Think of it. I don’t think they’ve ever sent a letter on Sunday night. And they’re in a rush because they want to interfere, interference with the election. It’s election interference,” Trump added.

“Never been done like this in the history of our country and it’s a disgrace. What’s happening to our country, whether it’s the borders, or the elections, or kinds of things like this, where the DOJ has become a weapon for the Democrats,” he said of the unprecedented nature of the legal actions taken against a former president.

“Not only with the Republicans, but we’re leading against Biden by a tremendous amount. They haven’t seen anything like it. They feel, I guess they want to try and demean and diminish and frighten people. But they don’t frighten us because we’re going to make America great again,” Trump suggested.

He predicted that the country would decline even faster under four more years of a Democratic presidency.

Trump’s team can use one powerful legal weapon to neuter special prosecutor Jack Smith’s classified documents case against him, according to one veteran expert.

And if Team Trump decides to go that route, it would be “game over,” civil rights attorney Leo Terrell told Fox News host Mark Levin on Sunday.

That would be employing the Presidential Records Act, he noted.

The legislation dictates the procedures that presidents, beginning with Ronald Reagan, must follow when managing their official records and paperwork. In 2014, an amendment led by former Rep. Elijah Cummings D-Md., made updates to include the digital era and enhance transparency aspects of the act, Fox News noted.

The PRA places the responsibility for “custody and management of incumbent Presidential records with the President,” the National Archives note.

Terrell said that the act totally exonerates Trump, adding that it should lead to an “outright dismissal of these frivolous charges against Donald J. Trump.”

“President Trump had the absolute right to declassify any and all documents in his custody, control and possession. There has been no response to that by the prosecution, Terrell said, according to Fox. “I’ll tell you why: Because they don’t have one.”

Invoking the act would be “game over” for Smith, Terrell noted. “That is, to me, the most important first motion President Trump’s legal team could file.”

He also said he believes the entire legal war against Trump is designed to block his path back to the White House.

(SNews) – Democrat-led Massachusetts is calling on residents to house illegal border crossers in their homes as the state’s homeless population continues to swell.

Soaring numbers of illegal aliens are adding to the already stretched homeless crisis that’s impacting blue cities across the country.

Massachusetts’s Democrat Gov. Maura Healey (D) is calling on residents with empty bedrooms to begin welcoming illegal aliens into their houses and apartments.

The calls come despite the fact that illegal aliens knowingly broke the law when they crossed the Southern Border, expressing an apparent disregard for legal boundaries.

“Massachusetts officials are seeking residents willing to host newly arrived families in need of shelter,” WBUR reports.

“Hosts are asked to provide a room or apartment for a few days until longer-term accommodations can be arranged.

“A significant portion of the families in need of housing in the state are new immigrants.

“Many of those arriving in Boston have fled violence in Haiti and traveled through other states before coming to Massachusetts.”

Healey’s plan to house border crossers and illegal aliens in residents’ private homes comes as the state is paying for nearly 40 hotels and motels across the state to house new arrivals.

The expensive plan is all being funded by taxpayers.

As Boston Herald columnist Howie Carr notes, Healey has not sent border crossers and illegal aliens to nearly any of the “millionaire destinations” in Massachusetts.

Wealthy residents in Nantucket, Martha’s Vineyard, Cambridge, or Newburyport won’t be pressured to house illegals.

“The Healey administration has released a list of the 28 cities and towns where it is spending millions on hotels and motels for thousands of handout-demanding illegals arriving from the Third World,” Carr writes.

“Oddly, however, almost all the ultra-affluent suburban communities most loudly committed to celebrating diversity have thus far been unable to provide suitable free housing for the new non-working classes.”

Today, about 316,000 illegal aliens reside in Massachusetts.
