“She knows that we were better off under trump…”
Certain audiences of ABC’s World News Tonight with David Muir have expressed outrage regarding the coverage of the presidential debate between former President Donald Trump and Vice President Kamala Harris.
On September 10, Muir, alongside co-moderator Linsey Davis, fact-checked Trump on multiple occasions; however, they did not apply the same scrutiny to Harris, as reported by Fox News on Tuesday. A number of conservative commentators have indicated that the debate lacked fairness, which has allegedly resulted in repercussions for the network.
The outlet continued:
“Muir’s “World News Tonight” averaged 6.7 million viewers on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, the three episodes following the debate, after averaging 7.6 million in 2024 leading up to the debate. The 12% drop in viewers for “World News Tonight” is more significant than slight declines “CBS Evening News” and “NBC Nightly News” saw when comparing the three episodes following ABC’s debate to the year-to-date totals, although Muir’s newscast remained the No. 1 broadcast evening newscast.”
Following the 90-minute debate, viewers criticized the moderators for their perceived favoritism towards Harris, alleging a double standard in the application of follow-up questions, fact-checking, and the framing of inquiries, as reported by Breitbart News.
Conversely, Democratic allies within the mainstream media expressed enthusiastic approval of Muir and Davis after the debate, according to a report from Breitbart News on Wednesday.
The article highlighted that at one juncture during the debate, Muir fact-checked Trump’s assertion regarding his sarcastic remarks about the 2020 election results made in a recent interview.
A recent report from Fox indicated uncertainty about whether Trump’s supporters have ceased viewing ABC’s newscast following the debate; however, Trump characterized the coverage as “one-sided.”
In an interview on Fox News Channel’s Fox and Friends, Trump referred to Muir and Davis as a “rigged deal” and implied that they exemplify the media landscape in America. He also said, “[A] lot of people are very angry about it. And, you know, you have corrupt news organizations. You have a lot of bad people. It’s amazing.”
A minister from Lebanon announced on Tuesday that an apparent assault on Hezbollah members and fighters resulted in the deaths of eight individuals and left 2,800 others injured. The attack specifically targeted the communication devices utilized by the organization.
The Times of Israel reported:
“Lebanon’s health minister says eight were killed and some 2,800 were wounded, including 200 seriously, in the pager blasts in Lebanon. Hezbollah has said that two members are among the dead. A young girl, the daughter of a Hezbollah member, was also reported killed after a pager exploded in her parents’ home.”
Visuals disseminated on social media depicted individuals suffering from injuries to their abdomens and chests, likely resulting from the detonation of pagers that occurred simultaneously on Tuesday.
Speculation arose regarding Hezbollah’s potential abandonment of their more advanced mobile devices following the assassination of Fuad Shukr, the group’s second-in-command, by Israel in July. The method by which the pagers were compromised remains unclear, and while it has not been definitively established that Israel was responsible for the hacking, there are theories suggesting that malware may have led to the overheating and subsequent explosion of the devices’ lithium batteries.
Additionally, the Iranian ambassador to Lebanon sustained injuries during the incident, and a member of the Lebanese parliament from Hezbollah lost his son. Reports also indicated that similar pager explosions took place in Syria, where Hezbollah and Iran are engaged in military activities.

“Joy Reed is such a liar!”
On Monday, Ohio Governor Mike DeWine (R) declared that the 33 reported “bomb threats” targeting schools in Springfield, Ohio, were entirely fabricated and traced back to international sources. The governor stated, “None of these had any validity at all.” As a result, there is increasing pressure on the mainstream media to issue an apology to former President Donald Trump and his running mate, Senator JD Vance (R-OH).
“At least 33 separate bomb threats, each one of which has been responded to, and each one of whom has been found as a hoax,” DeWine said. “So, 33 threats, 33 hoaxes. I want to make that very, very clear. None of these had any validity at all.”

Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine says there were 33 bomb threats against Springfield schools that all turned out to be hoaxes and originated from "overseas."

So the leftwing media spent the last week playing into the hands of foreign adversaries to weaponize misinformation and hoaxes to falsely smear @realDonaldTrump and @JDVance for inciting violence.

Sheriff Ric Bradshaw of Palm Beach County, along with other law enforcement officials, provided information regarding the attempted assassination of former President Donald Trump at his golf club in Florida, highlighting the assassin’s close proximity to Trump.
During a press conference, Bradshaw disclosed that a member of the Secret Service intervened in the alleged assassination attempt upon noticing the barrel of a rifle positioned near the next hole that Trump was scheduled to play on the course.
Below is a transcript of the exchange between Bradshaw and a reporter:
BRADSHAW: “The Secret Service agent that was on the course did a fantastic job. What they do is they have an agent that jumps one hole ahead of time to were the president was at, and he was able to spot this rifle barrel sticking out of the fence and immediately engaged that individual, at which time the individual took off.”
Reporter: “So I just want to understand, there was a rifle — so one of the agents saw, on the golf course, a rifle pointing out of the fence? Was it chain Link — okay. So he saw that and engaged him?”
UNKNOWN: “That is correct, yes.”
Reporter: “The former president was on the golf course behind him? How close?”
UNKNOWN: “It was one or two holes behind.”
Reporter: “Why is that?”
UNKNOWN: “Because the bubble moves across — through the golf course, so our agents will get there first, clear it. He noticed that the rifle was pointing out, our agents engaged. We are not sure right now if the individual was able to take a shot at our agents, but, for sure, our agents were able to engage with the subject.”
Reporter: “Was he hit?”
UNKNOWN: “I — I don’t want to — “
BRADSHAW: “It doesn’t appear so. Yeah?”
Reporter 2: “How far away was the president? How far away was Donald Trump when this gentleman was fought and stopped?”
BRADSHAW: “Probably between 300 and 500 yards. But with a rifle and a scope like that, that’s not a long distance.”
Watch:
Well, well… Would’ya look at that…

“No tax for overtime LETS GOOOOO Trump 100% voting for him”
MSNBC anchor Alex Witt raised the issue of whether former President Donald Trump ought to contemplate moderating his rhetoric on Sunday, in light of what could have been an assassination attempt against him.
Secret Service personnel evacuated Trump from the Trump International Golf Club in West Palm Beach, Florida, after agents reportedly discharged their weapons at an individual armed with a semi-automatic rifle who approached within 500 yards of the former president while he was golfing. Witt, along with MSNBC political analyst Elise Jordan, deliberated on whether Trump might encourage his supporters to “lower the temperature.”
“We have seen, Alex, just the cycle of political extremism at play, unfortunately, over the last, you know, really, decade of American politics. Polling, the Lincoln Democracy Institute did a great poll on political extremism last year and one of the findings was that over 50% of Americans no longer see the political opposition as trustworthy opponents, they see them as untrustworthy enemies,” Jordan told Witt hours before law enforcement confirmed that Trump was the target of an assassination attempt. “And so, on the scales of radicalization by what, you know, after 9/11, the scales that were used to gauge radicalism and extremism in the Middle East, by that criteria, almost 13% of Americans are actually political extremists that are radicalized and it’s very scary.”
