BOMBSHELL: Infamous Trump Crime Photo Was STAGED

According to court documents, the FBI utilized props during their raid on Mar-a-Lago, the former President Donald Trump’s property, to gather classified documents. These props included cover sheets labeled “top secret” which were used as placeholders. However, it has been revealed that the seized documents are now disorganized, as acknowledged by both Trump’s defense attorney and the special counsel.

The photo of the alleged crime scene, featuring the classified documents with the prominent “classification” cover sheets, gained widespread attention and was extensively covered by the media. This led to speculations that Trump had been storing classified materials at his Florida property.

“[If] the investigative team found a document with classification markings, it removed the document, segregated it, and replaced it with a placeholder sheet. The investigative team used classified cover sheets for that purpose,” Bratt wrote in a recent filing.

In a filing submitted in May, Waltine Nauta, the defense attorney for Trump, stated that the markers used by the FBI to designate classified documents in piles were improperly positioned.

“Following defense counsel’s review of the physical boxes…and the documents produced in classified discovery, defense counsel has learned that the cross-reference provided by the Special Counsel’s Office does not contain accurate information,” Nauta wrote, according to Kelly.

“[Thirteen] boxes or containers contained documents with classification markings, and in all, over one hundred unique documents with classification markings…were seized. Certain of the documents had colored cover sheets indicating their classification status. (Emphasis added.) See, e.g., Attachment F (redacted FBI photograph of certain documents and classified cover sheets recovered from a container in the ‘45 office’),” Bratt wrote in an August 2022 court filing.

Kelly states that Bratt’s initial submission failed to clarify the origin of the classified document sheets, although he later confessed that the sheets were indeed brought to the location by FBI agents.

“In other words, in their zeal to stage a phony photo using official classified cover sheets, FBI agents might have failed to accurately match the placeholder sheet with the appropriate document. This is a potentially case-blowing mistake, particularly if the document in question is one of the 34 records that represents the basis of espionage charges against Trump,” Kelly reported.

Bratt acknowledged in a court document that the placeholders had been rearranged by Nauta, and not all of them had been correctly matched with the appropriate placeholder sheet. “In many but not all instances, the FBI was able to determine which document with classification markings corresponded to a particular placeholder sheet,” Bratt wrote.

Trump faces charges for mishandling classified documents, while President Joe Biden underwent investigation by a special counsel regarding his handling of similar documents. Although the FBI confiscated documents from Biden’s Delaware residence, a photo of the raid depicted the president’s documents neatly organized in boxes, rather than scattered with “top secret” labels.

Breaking: RNC Chair Lara Trump Announces HUGE Election Lawsuit

The co-chair of the Republican National Committee, Lara Trump, announced on Sunday that the organization has initiated a new legal action in a swing state to safeguard the integrity of the election, following a significant victory in a different crucial state last month. During a conversation with Maria Bartiromo on Fox Business, Trump revealed that the RNC has filed a lawsuit against Nevada in order to stop officials from tallying mail-in votes after election day.

“What are you doing with regards to suing Nevada right now?” Bartiromo asked.

“You cannot have ballots counted, Maria, after elections are over. And, right now, that is one of the many lawsuits we have out across this country to ensure that just that happens, that we have a free, fair, and transparent election,” Trump began. “So, in Nevada, as you pointed out, we are saying we want, on Election Day, that to be the last day that mail-in ballots can be counted.

“And we have been very successful in a lot of lawsuits. A couple of weeks ago, we won a big lawsuit in the state of Pennsylvania,” she continued. “They wanted to take off dates from mail-in ballots, of course, the Democrats, in an effort to make it easier to cheat. We pushed back on that. We won. And that set a precedent for the entire country.

“So whether it’s Nevada, whether it’s Pennsylvania, or whether it’s in New York City, where we actually just had a big win, they were trying to encourage 800,000 noncitizens to vote. We had a bipartisan effort led by the RNC. We won there. They are not going to be able to do that,” Trump added.

“And we are doing those things all across the country because we can’t be reactive. We have to be proactive. We have to look at this well ahead of Election Day and the election season that we now have in this country. We’re doing everything from the RNC to ensure that that happens,” she said.

WATCH: Dem Congresswoman Goes On BIZARRE Rant Against Trump Supporters

Representative Maxine Waters (D-CA) stated during this week’s airing of MSNBC’s “The Sunday Show” that the Department of Justice ought to look into “right-wing organizations” that backed former President Donald Trump and were “training up in the hills” for civil war.

Waters said, “You cannot trust anything that Donald Trump has to say no matter if he loses he is going to say it was fraud. He still has not accepted what happened in the last presidential election. We have to be very concerned about a former president of the United States talking about attacking his own country, talking about perhaps a bloodbath, talking about perhaps there is going to be trouble. He said it in so many different ways we should take him seriously. This man does not believe in the Constitution. He wants to be a dictator. This is a dangerous human being. We have to know what our country is going to do to protect us from him.”

She continued, “I will tell you whatI’m gong to do. I’m going to ask the Justice Department and I am going to ask the president to tell us what they are going to do to protect this country against violence if he loses. I want to know about all of those right-wing organizations that he is connected with who are training up in the hills somewhere and targeting, you know, what communities they are going to attack. We need to know now, given he is telling us there is going to be violence if he loses, we need to know what his plan is and how we are going to be protected.”

Waters added, “We know that there are people aligned who are with him who follow him who are already practicing what their government is going to be under Trump. Not only are they planning on a civil war if they have to do that, but he is spelling it out specifically how and what they are going to do and how he is going to get revenge, how he is going to attack his enemies, all of these things. When he talks about race, we know, and I’m going to tell you again today, Donald Trump is a pure racist. I am worried that the attack is going to be on people of color.”

Top Prosecutor Sends Shock Warning To Anti-Trump DAs

Former federal prosecutor Katie Cherkasky raised concerns about the legality of the gag order imposed on former President Donald Trump during an appearance on Fox News. Cherkasky suggested that Democrats may be apprehensive about turning Trump into a symbol of civil rights. Cherkasky joined “Jesse Watters Primetime” to address the repeated violations of the gag order by Trump in his ongoing trial with Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg.

Judge Juan Merchan recently found Trump in violation of the gag order for the 10th time and cautioned that further breaches could result in jail time for the former president. Fox host Jesse Watters inquired about Cherkasky’s thoughts on the possibility of Trump being incarcerated following the warning from Judge Merchan.

“Well, I think that the Democrats are in a very tough position now,” Cherkasky stated. “They’re stuck between their dream of finally seeing Trump behind bars and now the nightmare that he’ll become some sort of civil rights martyr when he gets put in there. But it’s probably the most likely chance that they’ll see him behind bars based on the prosecution presentation so far.”

Breaking: Climate Crazies DESECRATE Palace of Versailles

On Saturday, two individuals who strongly advocate for climate change action were apprehended for vandalizing the renowned Palace of Versailles in France with orange powder. In a recent act aimed at drawing attention to their cause, two members of the Riposte Alimentaire (Food Response) collective threw orange powder across the Hall of Mirrors in the Palace of Versailles, a magnificent gallery in the former center of power for the French monarchy, known for its Baroque style.

As reported by Le Figaro, referring to police sources, the two environmentally conscious activists were arrested by the authorities in Versailles and taken into custody. Thankfully, the incident did not result in any lasting harm to the palace or the artwork displayed within the gallery.

Riposte Alimentaire claimed responsibility, saying: “Two citizens involved in the Food Response campaign threw orange powder while running into the famous Hall of Mirrors at the Château de Versailles. The Hall of Mirrors is the indecency of a minority which monopolizes power and money while the people die. 350 years later nothing has changed! Through this action, Riposte Alimentaire wishes to raise awareness of growing inequalities, allowing a privileged minority to monopolize part of the resources, while the majority of citizens collect the crumbs.”

The historic items have been repeatedly targeted by the radical green group, who have previously taken credit for splashing soup on the renowned “Mona Lisa” at the Louvre Museum in January and later on “Le Printemps” by Claude Monet at the Museum of Fine Arts in Lyon in February.

This approach has been embraced by different climate activist groups throughout Europe, including Just Stop Oil, who caused a stir by orchestrating a comparable soup assault on Vincent van Gogh’s “Sunflowers” at Britain’s National Gallery in 2022.
