Breaking: Disturbing New Report Shocks America

(SNews) – Suicide rates and psychiatric conditions are far higher among people who “identify” as transgender, a new landmark Danish study has found.

In Denmark, suicide death rates are 3.5 times higher for transgenders than people who identify as their biological gender.

Suicide attempt rates, meanwhile, are 7.7 times higher for transgenders.

The study was published in the renowned Journal of the American Medical Association.

Among the study’s 3,759 transgenders, there were 92 suicide attempts and 12 suicide deaths between 1980 and 2021.

The study analyzed the medical and legal gender change records of nearly seven million people in Denmark, over the last four decades.

The study includes nearly 3,800 transgender people.

Transgender people also tended to die younger overall, either by suicide or something else, the study found.

However, suicide rates in both groups decreased over the four decades the study examined.

“Results suggest that transgender individuals had significantly higher rates of suicide attempt, suicide mortality, suicide-unrelated mortality, and all-cause mortality compared with the nontransgender population,” the study said.

Meanwhile, the rate of psychiatric conditions was higher for the transgender group.

Nearly 43% of the transgender people had a psychiatric diagnosis, compared with just 7% of the non-transgender group.

“This is beyond doubt a huge problem that needs to be looked at,” said one of the authors of the study, Dr. Morten Frisch, a sexual health epidemiologist at Statens Serum Institut in Copenhagen.

The study’s authors suggested that their findings might possibly apply to the U.S. as well since the U.S. and Denmark have similar suicide rates, about 14 suicides per 100,000 people.

However, the rate of people who identify as transgender could be as much as ten times higher in the U.S. than in Denmark, data from the Williams Institute at the University of California in Los Angeles suggests.

Although, the Danish researchers also noted that they may not have captured newer waves of transgenderism that are more prevalent among younger populations.

Gender ideology activists in the U.S. often argue that transgenders, especially youth, are at a higher risk of suicide if they are denied drastic medical interventions such as puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones, or gender surgeries such as double mastectomies and later genital surgeries.

However, Denmark is famously progressive on the transgender issue and rates as one of the most LGBT-friendly countries in the world, even above the U.S.

The study suggests that those who claim to be transgender may be suffering from deep mental or emotional issues that won’t be resolved by “changing” genders.

The group of Danish transgenders analyzed in the study was recognized as trans in either their legal or medical records.

In 1989, Denmark became the first country in the world to legally recognize same-sex partnerships.

Denmark has allowed people to undergo sex change operations and receive hormone therapy since at least the early 1950s.

Since 2014, Danish people 18 and older can legally change their gender simply by stating that they want to do so.

In the U.S., critics have sounded the alarm about the permanent effects of puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones, and gender surgeries.

Young people who previously identified as transgender have also spoken out about regretting getting medical intervention.

At least 17 states have moved to restrict hormone treatments and gender surgeries for children as more minors seek them out.

Meanwhile, it is more popular than ever for youth to adopt new gender identities.

An estimated 300,000 minors aged 13 to 17 identified as transgender as of last year, a sharp increase over the previous few years.

From 2017 to 2021, gender dysphoria diagnoses in children nearly tripled.

Breaking: Trump Issues Dire Warning To Supporters

(TStarnes) – There is wild speculation special counsel Jack Smith’s next coming indictment might lead to him arresting and detaining former President Donald Trump, but that would be a “very bad thing for the country,” Trump says, and potentially cause the actual danger.

“I think it’s a very dangerous thing to even talk about, because we do have a tremendously passionate group of voters,” Trump told Des Moines, Iowa’s WHO Newsradio 1040 this week.

“I think maybe 100, 150 [percent] — I’ve never seen anything like it — much more passion than they had in 2020 and much more passion than they had in 2016.

“I think it would be very dangerous.”

The Justice Department would have to suggest Trump is a danger to society to not be detained if he is arrested for alleged Jan. 6 criminal charges that could be brought by Smith. But, according to Trump, the real danger to society would be a weaponized DOJ and politically motivated prosecutor jailing the sitting president’s leading opposition candidate.

“They’re trying to cheat on an election by doing this,” Trump told WHO. “It’s election interference.”

There is an apparent conflict of interest for Smith, whose wife donates to President Joe Biden and is a Michelle Obama documentary producer.

Talk of pretrial detention of Trump is not only absurd, but it is not based in law, and would merely be a transparent effort to silence his presidential campaign, former acting Attorney General Matthew Whitaker told Newsmax earlier this week.

“I’ve never seen a broader abuse of prosecutorial discretion,” Whitaker told Tuesday’s “The Chris Salcedo Show.”

“They are trying to get Donald Trump off the playing field, and, you know, obviously, any suggestion of pretrial detention tells you exactly what they’re trying to do is prevent him from campaigning and sharing his message.

“It is the only way they can stop him.”

Whitaker noted there are “only really two reasons you can detain a person under the federal system: Flight risk and a risk to themselves or the community.

“Donald Trump is neither,” Whitaker concluded. “There’s no reason to detain him pretrial and you know he should be allowed to continue his presidential campaign, and this does look more and more like election interference.”

Alert: This State Just Went Full Woke…

From Next News Network:

Governor Phil Murphy is introducing an ambitious plan in New Jersey. Echoing California’s green policies, Murphy seeks to ban new gas-powered car sales by 2035, ushering in an era of electric vehicles. Critics are worried though. They cite increased electricity bills, potential job losses, and an increase in vehicle costs for average consumers as significant concerns. Further, critics point out the substantial carbon footprint that comes with the production of electric vehicles due to the vast amounts of mined and refined minerals required. The impact of these large-scale changes on New Jersey’s economy and environment is a major point of discussion. In addition to this, Murphy recently signed a bill offering major tax incentives to a foreign green energy company planning to construct an offshore wind farm near Atlantic City, adding another layer to the debate.

Alert: Biden’s Meeting with Israel’s President Stuns The World

From Next News Network:

President Joe Biden’s recent meeting with Israel’s President Isaac Herzog has raised concerns about the US-Israel relationship. Biden appeared to struggle with his memory during the meeting, stating he couldn’t recall ‘two-thirds’ of the past 75 years since Israel’s establishment. His reliance on notes and lack of engagement were evident. This comes amid recent anti-Israel comments from Democrats on Capitol Hill, further straining the relationship. Biden’s failure to invite Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to the White House has also been criticized. The US-Israel relationship is critical for Middle East stability, and these recent developments are concerning. Florida Governor Ron DeSantis has called Biden’s treatment of Netanyahu ‘disgraceful.’ The consequences of these actions could destabilize the entire Middle East region and embolden Israel’s enemies.

Breaking: Congress Deals Major Blow To Nancy Pelosi

(SNews) – Senators Kirsten Gillibrand (D-NY) and Josh Hawley (R-MO) have just dealt a major blow to former Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) by introducing a bill to ban stock trading among members of Congress.

The bipartisan Ban Stock Trading for Government Officials Act was introduced Friday.

The bill bans stock trading, stock ownership, and blind trusts; imposes heavy penalties for executive branch stock trading; requires reporting of federal benefits; creates additional transparency in financial disclosure reports; and increases transaction report penalties under the original STOCK Act for Congress, senior executive branch officials, and their spouses and dependents.

“Sunlight is the best disinfectant,” said Senator Gillibrand.

“It is critical that the American people know that their elected leaders are putting the public first – not looking for ways to line their own pockets.”

“The landmark Ban Stock Trading for Government Officials Act bars members of Congress, executive branch officials, and their families from holding or trading stocks, increases disclosure requirements, and imposes harsh penalties on violators.

“This bill is the most substantive bipartisan effort to date and I’m going to work hard alongside Senator Hawley to get it signed into law.”

“Politicians and civil servants shouldn’t spend their time day-trading and trying to make a profit at the expense of the American public, but that’s exactly what so many are doing,” said Senator Hawley.

“My bill with Senator Gillibrand is common sense: ban elected and executive branch officials from trading or holding stocks, and put the American public first.”

The Ban Stock Trading for Government Officials Act includes the following provisions:

Bans stock trading and blind trusts

Prohibits members of Congress, the president, vice president, senior executive branch members, and their spouses and dependents from holding or trading stocks.

There is no exception for blind trusts.

For members of Congress, failure to comply means a heavy penalty of at least 10 percent of the value of the prohibited investments.

Imposes heavy penalties for executive branch stock trading

Executive branch officials must disgorge profits from covered financial interests to Treasury.

Automatic Special Counsel fine of not less than the value of the covered investment that was purchased or sold in violation of the ban or up to $10,000, whichever is more.

The Office of Special Counsel may refer the case to the attorney general and recommend additional civil action if the case is “comparatively substantial in monetary value or extraordinary in nature.”

Requires reporting of federal benefits

Requires members of Congress, senior congressional staff, the president, vice president, and senior executive branch employees to report any time they, a spouse, or a dependent applies for or receives a benefit of value from the federal government.

This includes loans, agreements, contracts, grants, and payments. It does not include salary, compensation or tax refunds.

It would require reporting that includes payment type, recipient name, date and amount.

A penalty of $500 would be imposed for failure to file.

Creates transparency in financial disclosure reports

Requires public, searchable databases of personal financial disclosure reports and filings reporting of any financial transactions as required by the STOCK Act.

Increases STOCK Act transaction report penalties

Increases penalty ($200 to $500) for failing to file STOCK Act transaction reports.

There are a number of stunning statistics that demonstrate why the legislation is urgently needed.

Congress

1 in 3: Members of Congress who traded stocks or other financial assets from 2019 to 2021.

1 in 7: Members of the 117th Congress who violated the STOCK Act by failing to properly report their stock trades.

97: Members of Congress, or their spouses or dependents, who traded in companies affected by their committees from 2019 to 2021.

3,700+: Stock trades reported by members of Congress from 2019 to 2021 that potentially posed conflicts of interest.

17.5%: Average amount by which members of Congress’ stock portfolios outperformed the S&P 500 in 2022.

Executive Branch

Over 1 in 5: Senior federal officials who held stock in companies that were lobbying their agencies from 2016-2021.

11,600: Trades reported by senior federal officials in March 2020 (as COVID hit) – far more than in any other month from 2016-2021.

240: Senior federal officials at health agencies and the Pentagon who owned stock in drug, manufacturing, and biotech companies that won federal contracts related to COVID-19.

60+: Senior federal officials who reported stock trades in companies shortly before their departments announced enforcement actions against those companies from 2016-2021.

The vast majority of Americans believe stock trading should be banned for members of Congress and top executive branch officials.

According to a recent poll by Morning Consult/Politico, at least 63% of Americans support banning stock trading for members of Congress and their families, as well as for the president, vice president, and top officials at federal government agencies.

Shock Report: Rand Paul’s Office Bursts Into Flames

(SNews) – The Bowling Green office of Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) was engulfed in flames in a fire that started last night, officials have confirmed.

No injuries have been reported at this time.

The Bowling Green Fire Department arrived at the scene around 1:45 a.m.

Firefighters fought heavy smoke and fire when they hit the scene and had to call for backup.

Rand Paul said: “We are thankful for the Bowling Green first responders who arrived quickly to the scene to put out the fire and are continuing to work with authorities to assess damages and to determine a cause.

“We have a very well-established emergency management plan and have the ability to continue operations that will not impact our work helping Kentuckians.”

Several large tree limbs in front of Sen. Paul’s office had to be cut so a hose could reach the 2nd-floor windows.

Six units worked to extinguish the flames.

Firefighters were manning the aerials of trucks 1 and 6 to get at the fire from above, according to the Bowling Green Daily.

From Next News Network:

Robert F. Kennedy Jr., a known critic of Big Tech’s influence, recently faced an attempt by House Democrats to prevent his testimony in a subcommittee investigating censorship. The Democrats’ move, led by Congresswoman Deborah Wasserman-Schultz, was framed as a response to controversial comments by Kennedy, but many are seeing it as a strategy to silence his campaign message. However, the attempt to stifle Kennedy fell flat. His stand against censorship resonates with many Americans, across party lines, raising the stakes for the 2024 election. This incident highlights the vital questions we face today about free speech, the influence of technology on our society, and the health of our democracy.
