Former President Barack Obama rebuked protesters during a high-profile fundraiser in New York City aimed at raising millions for President Joe Biden’s 2024 presidential bid. Amidst multiple disruptions, Obama, alongside Biden and former President Bill Clinton, emphasized the importance of listening rather than just speaking, as reported by a journalist from Reuters.

The trio participated in a discussion led by Stephen Colbert, during which the event was disrupted on six occasions, as per the New York Post.
A female protester blew a whistle and displayed a sign reading “war pig”. This was succeeded by two additional rounds of protests, as detailed by the publication. A voice from the crowd exclaimed, “Shame on you Joe Biden,” while others shouted, “Blood on your hands.” The protesters were then escorted out.
Outside the venue, demonstrators chanted, “F*ck Joe Biden!” and “Genocide Joe has got to go!”.
