The House Republican leaders have put forth a substantial spending bill that contains numerous allocations of millions of dollars for LGBT organizations. Among these allocations is a significant amount of $845,000 designated for hosting gay garden parties and art shows by You in Colorado, an organization dedicated to supporting LGBTQ individuals. In light of this, the House Freedom Caucus is urging all Republican lawmakers to oppose the bill.

“A massive spending bill drafted in secrecy and dropped on us in the middle of the night is being rushed to the House floor for a vote with less than 36 hours to review,” the caucus wrote on X.

Millions of dollars have been revealed to support late-term abortions in various New England states, with $1.8 million allocated to a hospital specializing in late-term surgical and chemical abortions. This means that American citizens, including Catholics and Evangelicals, will now be required to financially support these procedures.

“Is Pelosi in charge,” the House Freedom Caucus wondered.

Furthermore, the spending bill includes a sum of $156,000 allocated to the Hartford Gay & Lesbian Health Collective in Connecticut. This organization identifies as a “champion of LGBTQIA+ equity” and offers “LGBTQ+ Cultural Competency” and “Accessing Healthcare for LGBTQ+ Youth.”

“It is total lack of backbone, total lack of leadership and a total failure by Republican leadership,” Rep. Chip Roy (R-TX) told Steve Bannon. “I don’t even have words for any Republican that votes for this bill. I promise you I will not be going out and supporting any Republican who votes for this bill for any position, ever again.”
