On Tuesday, Lawrence Jones, co-host of “Fox and Friends,” questioned Secretary of Transportation Pete Buttigieg regarding President Joe Biden’s announcement not to pursue reelection.

Biden revealed on July 21 his decision to forgo a second term, endorsing Vice President Kamala Harris as his successor for the Democratic nomination in the upcoming 2024 presidential election. Jones inquired about various reports from multiple media sources that raise concerns about Biden’s capability to serve, including allegations that the administration conducted scripted cabinet meetings, to which Buttigieg attributed the criticism to “conservative media.”

“I know you got the talking points,” Jones said. “But these weren’t conservative outlets. I guess you could say Wall Street Journal is-”

“You’re a conservative outlet, and the first thing you’re asking about is what happened in a Cabinet meeting instead of achievement,” Buttigieg interrupted.
