Texas Land Commissioner Dawn Buckingham recently made a serious allegation against President Joe Biden, accusing him of embezzling funds meant for the education of school children in the state.

In a recent post on her X account, Buckingham provided a detailed account of her accusation, shedding light on the alleged misappropriation of funds.

Breitbart reports that Buckingham is expressing concern over the Biden administration’s choice to prohibit fresh exports of liquid natural gas. Consequently, Buckingham has initiated legal proceedings to terminate this policy:

“The lawsuit states this will increase methane emissions and reduce or eliminate critical economic benefits, including jobs, infrastructure updates, and long-term development.”

The lawsuit states that “the oil and gas industry supports more than 2.5 million jobs statewide, many of which are high-paying and bolster the economy in rural areas of Texas.”

“In light of these facts, it’s unconscionable that our own federal government would take such drastic steps with the goal of shutting down this thriving industry.”

Buckingham asserts that the Biden administration’s choice to halt liquid natural gas exports will result in a loss of funds for the Permanent School Fund, ultimately impacting the children who rely on it. She claims that this export ban will hinder Texas’s capacity to generate maximum revenue for the fund.

Alongside Texas, 15 other states are participating in a lawsuit against the Biden administration, which is currently unfolding in the Western District of Louisiana. As of now, the Biden administration has not issued a response to Buckingham’s accusations.
